Moldova Group made two follow-up activities as follows:

 On 30.10. 2023 in Căușeni city, at the Resource Center "Căușeni HUB" an informative session was organized for young people about intercultural exchanges, national opportunities, international opportunities, volunteering, civic involvement, and activism. Five guests with extensive experience in this field told about their experience and gave the young people important information regarding the programs and projects in which they could get involved. Therefore, the almost 60 young people present got to know all the stages that must be completed to be chosen as beneficiaries of the various calls relevant to them.

2nd Follow Up Activity

Evaluation and impression of our participants 

Anastasia Șargarovschi

The Embrace Your Voice project, held from October 13th to 21st, 2023, in Pissouri, Cyprus, successfully empowered 36 youth and 12 leaders to explore the human voice as a tool for self-awareness and confidence. Activities at the Hylatio Tourist Village effectively nurtured authentic self-expression, cultural understanding, and practical engagement.

For me, it enhanced self-awareness and confidence through exploring natural vocal abilities, encouraged authentic self-expression, and fostered an appreciation for diverse cultures. It was an invaluable incorporation of art therapy for mental well-being, and the resonating message of 'Embracing the Power of You' emphasized the significance of individual voices for growth and societal impact. At the same time, this project created long-lasting friendships and enlarged my social network, as I had the opportunity to listen to and view the activities of other organizations across borders. For the future, here are some recommendations from the perspective of a participant:

Besides the fact that the project mainly achieved its goals, there were specific approaches towards the youth that were participating, which kind of loosened the will to have the same attitude for the rest of the project. During certain sessions, maintaining our attention was challenging due to the large group size. It might be helpful to explore smaller group activities or interactive methods to ensure better engagement. I also understand that both facilitators and participants play a role in creating an effective learning environment, and perhaps a collaborative effort in adjusting approaches could yield better results.

Ciomschi Giuliano

The Embrace Your Voice project was an interesting and beneficial experience for me, who delivered some beneficial products for building confidence, to be more courageous, to voice what we, youth, believe and need. From my point of view, the program and sessions were useful and necessary, but at times, the delivery of the content suffered due to the lack of experience by the facilitators in managing such a large group of young people. However, the fact that participants were from different countries allowed us to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, which gave us the opportunity to learn new values and cultures. Nevertheless, the room where the activities took place was often uncomfortably hot and lacked enough room for every participant, which made it challenging for the young participants to stay focused and engaged during the sessions. Overall, I believe the Embrace Your Voice program had an immense benefic influence and has laid a strong foundation for future iterations to build upon.

Maria Păduraru

This youth exchange means for me a unique opportunity to learn and socialize with young people from other countries. This project brought about a significant change in my method of communication and public speaking. Thanks to this project, I have made friends with whom I am in close contact and who encourage me every day. I understood how important it is to use my voice correctly and how many doors of success it can open for me. I also realized what gaps I have in my speech and how I should solve them. Together with other young people, I had a wonderful experience in a very beautiful country, Cyprus. I am very grateful for all the knowledge gained during the project.

Participating in the Youth Exchange "Embrace Your Voice" was a transformative experience that surpassed my expectations. The exploration of the human voice not only deepened my understanding of its physical aspects but also empowered me to embrace my authentic self-expression. Through engaging activities, I uncovered the rich palette of my undertones, learning how to effectively communicate and be heard. The project's focus on oratory skills directly aligned with the European Youth Goals, fostering my ability to participate in intercultural dialogue and strengthening my confidence in public speaking. The dynamic program challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, contributing to a profound sense of personal growth and connection with others.

Participating in the "Embrace Your Voice" Youth Exchange was a truly eye-opening experience that went beyond just exploring the human voice. The project's objectives of increasing self-awareness and promoting authentic self-expression resonated deeply with me. Engaging in practical activities allowed me to discover the nuances of my voice and provided a platform to enhance my communication skills. The Intercultural Night was a unique opportunity to celebrate diversity, and sharing aspects of my culture through creative means strengthened the bonds among participants. The project's alignment with European Youth Goals became evident as I witnessed the positive impact of improved oratory skills on intercultural dialogue and personal development. The program's commitment to adapting to participants' needs, coupled with the therapeutic approach, created a supportive atmosphere that facilitated not only skill development but also a sense of empowerment and belonging.

Participating in the "Embrace Your Voice" Youth Exchange in Cyprus was an enriching journey that left a lasting impact on my self-awareness and communication skills. The emphasis on understanding the natural capabilities of the human voice was not only insightful but also practical, providing me with tools to be more confident and articulate in social interactions. The Intercultural Night was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the diversity of my culture creatively, fostering a sense of unity among participants. The project's focus on oratory skills aligns seamlessly with the European Youth Goals, and I found myself gaining not only public speaking proficiency but also a deeper appreciation for intercultural dialogue. The program's adaptability to participants' needs, coupled with the art therapy approach, created a supportive environment that allowed me to explore my voice and express myself authentically.
