We will try to connect the importance of the environment in our lives with the importance of exercise in the daily life of the individual with the elements and working methods (and program sessions) that we will work on in education so that we can define the best results in response to Question. We will work on all specific issues of our activities with the method of non-formal education as described below. In the following lines we will describe the elements that we are going to use.

1. Create a cultural awareness among the participants. For this reason, before each session, morning and afternoon, we will do energizers in a fun and creative way for participants to participate in sports, team and environmental activities. Also, cultural evenings will be organized in order for all participants to present their cultures and traditions but also for all non-participants to get to know new areas and new cultures. (ANNEX 01).

2. Awareness about the environment since through experiences, practice and learning they will come closer to nature, they will learn the benefits we have from it both physically and digitally. Through the hiking that they will have at Kalidonia Waterfalls, they will discover the incredible beauties of nature, but also the health benefits that exercise has in nature. At the same time they will have the opportunity to enjoy enchanting images in combination with pure oxygen. As they enjoy the enchanting landscapes through an alternative way of training, they will have the opportunity to take incredible photos since after the hike there will be a competition for the best photo. Through this activity the participants will have come closer to nature but also to each other, They have spent a day of peace and quiet but also fun. Also through the competition they will develop their imagination and their artistic spirit as they will go out of the box and discover themselves through outdoor sports activities, group and traditional.

3. Provide relevant knowledge and engage participants in activities that will enable them to practice critical thinking and try to reduce environmental problems. Through the activities they will gain a lot of knowledge about environmental problems but also about health through exercise for a better quality of life through their own critical thinking they will understand that there are factors such as fear, threats or pressure from other "stronger" , which affect our liberated self-awareness or other factors that Change our self-awareness and do not let us reach our goals, think clearly, freely and innovatively, and to this extent, work better with other people and create a more aware and leads a way of life to man away from the pressures of everyday life but also the overrated life of teenagers through technology. Activities that will make them feel strong. After these activities and the discussion that will follow, the participants will understand the importance of exercise and the environment in the life of each person but also to improve as individuals in the community.

4. Our goal is to promote exercise in nature as it is an alternative way of training with the main purpose of recreation and awareness of the environment, in this way we will promote self-improvement and SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS. The related activities are of such a nature that all participants will have the opportunity to think as members of a team, to evolve and to help others reach their best selves, in a land of democracy and through cooperation. In addition, the more you know about yourself, the better you will adapt to life changes. That is why we choose these specific topics since they are the right combination for the self-development and the physical and mental health of the individual.

5. We also have as main purpose the change of the daily life of the participants. Our goal is for the participants to get out of their safety zone so that they can face themselves and those around them in an environment away from home and in a completely different everyday life that they have no plan for. 'out of your save zone'

Moreover, during the YE, we will encourage our participants to share their ideas during the reflection time. Each day we will have reflection time, the revision of what we have done during the day.

All participants will be accommodated in Hylatio hotel. The hotel is already preliminary booked to ensure availability and have all the required facilities for the effective execution of the project. In the camp there is working space and also space in nature where all the activities will be planned. Also there is audiovisual equipment for everywhere we need it. Hotel is eco-friendly and is beneficial for the implementation of the project.

All the activities of the project are focused on approaching interaction with one's own voice. The basic format of the project is group activities in different kinds of settings.

The venues include:

  • - the premises of the Hylatio hotel (outdoor and indoor);
  • - the nature spots (beach and mountain forest);
  • - Limassol;
  • - venues of choice (for personal "homework" exercises, for instance, speech preparation).

The learning methods will include:

  • - body-based learning (meditation, morning yoga, voice exploration, vocal exercises, nature mimicking, etc.);
  • - group activities (ice-breakers, circle singing, group discussions, presentations, speeches, etc.);
  • - art-therapy and self-awareness practices (meditation, painting, singing, poetry writing and declamation, playing music,etc.),
  • - lecture elements (presenting the aim, procedure of activities, scientific information, etc.).

Aims of sessions will include:

  • - breaking internal psychological blocks connected to self-expression
  • - increased self-awareness and getting the participants more profoundly acquainted with the spectrum of their natural vocalabilities
  • - better understanding of others
  • - empowering the participants to be more confident and outspoken in any social interaction- promoting authentic non-violent self
  • -expression and tolerance as an input into a healthy society
  • - understanding the differences between nations, making them more united through the meeting between different cultures
  • - encouraging the direct participation of young people and encouraging the adoption of a proactive attitude as teammembers regardless of the context
  • - develop creativity, cooperation and social skills
  • - improving mental health of the participants through better understanding of their own abilities and art therapy
